HEAL for the People is a donation-based yoga series brought to the Elmwood community by HEAL BFLO and Canterra.

Limited space is available, and this is a first come, first serve practice.  Please bring your own yoga mat, water, and a positive attitude to the space.  This is made to connect the Elmwood community to the different instructors that fill our community, and to give back to one another.
